One of the most common complaints from individuals following a low calorie diet plan is how to stop hunger and suppress appetite between meal times.

This is even more apparent when embarking on a low-carb plan, and giving in to temptation is the main reason why most diets fail.

So is there anything you can do to suppress appetite?

What is Phenphedrine?
